By purchasing, using, or interacting with Tokens on IntellectWave AI, you agree to comply with this Policy, as well as with IntellectWave AI’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Purchase Process

To ensure a smooth and secure Token purchase experience, follow these steps:

Select a Token Package: Choose from the available Token bundles that match your usage needs. Packages vary in size, with larger packages offering discounted per-Token rates for greater savings.
Enter Payment Information: Fill in the required payment details, including payment method selection.

1.1 Confirmation of Purchase and Token Allocation

2. Using Tokens

Tokens are a flexible, digital credit system designed to provide users with seamless access to IntellectWave AI’s wide array of content creation tools, premium features, and other exclusive platform services. By using Tokens, users have the flexibility to tailor their platform experience according to their specific needs, selecting only the services they require.

Not a Currency

Tokens are a platform-specific credit system and should not be confused with any form of currency. Specifically:

No Fiat Value: Tokens do not hold equivalent value in fiat currency.
Not Redeemable for Cash: Tokens cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for any sum of money or monetary value.
No Substitute for Fiat: Tokens do not serve as a substitute for any official currency.
No Personal Property Rights: Tokens do not confer ownership or any personal property rights to users.

This structure ensures that Tokens are solely intended to facilitate user interaction and access to IntellectWave AI’s services.

Flexible Usage

Pay-Per-Service: Tokens offer users a flexible way to choose and pay only for the specific services they need. Each feature or service on the platform is assigned a designated Token value, which will be displayed before the transaction is completed, allowing for easy budgeting and informed decisions.

All Features: Unlock all of the platform features for an enhanced user experience.

2.2 Non-Transferability and Restrictions on Use

Non-Transferable: Tokens cannot be sold, traded, gifted, or otherwise assigned to other users.

2.4 Availability and Limits of Token Redemption

Balance Review: Users can view their Token balance at any time within their IntellectWave AI account dashboard.
User Responsibility: It is the user’s responsibility to verify that the correct number of Tokens has been credited to their account. Users should review their balance periodically for accuracy.

Redemption Limitations:

Daily Use Caps: IntellectWave AI may impose daily Token use limits to ensure fair access to high-demand services.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Once Tokens are credited to your account, they are final and irreversible.

4.1 Combining Promotional and Purchased Tokens

When both Promotional Tokens and purchased Tokens are present in a user’s account, the following process applies:

Priority Use of Promotional Tokens: Promotional Tokens will be used first for eligible transactions. This means that if a service can be paid for using a combination of Promotional and Purchased Tokens, the system will prioritize applying the Promotional Tokens first.
Purchased Tokens: After all available Promotional Tokens are redeemed, any remaining balance will be covered by purchased Tokens.

This ensures that users get the most out of the promotional offers, while still having their purchased Tokens available for future use.

4.2 Changes to Promotions

IntellectWave AI Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotions or bonus Tokens at its discretion. This may include:

Adjusting Promotion Terms: Changes to the terms of ongoing promotions.
Termination of Promotions: Any promotion may be ended without notice at the discretion of IntellectWave AI.

Your Token balance is not a bank account, digital wallet, stored value account, or other payment device.

If you notice any discrepancies or issues, please contact customer support immediately.

5.1 Account Security

Account Responsibility:

As a user of IntellectWave AI, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including protecting your login credentials (username and password).
It’s important to use strong, unique passwords and avoid sharing your account details with others.

Security and Liability:

IntellectWave AI Limited is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account. This includes instances where your account is accessed by third parties without your consent.
If you suspect any compromise of your account or believe your credentials have been stolen, it is crucial to take immediate action. Contact our support team promptly to investigate and resolve the issue.

5.2 Inactive Accounts and Forfeiture of Tokens

Inactive Account Policy:

If your IntellectWave AI account remains inactive for a continuous period of 12 months, we reserve the right to deactivate the account and forfeit any remaining Tokens associated with it.

Notification:

Prior to deactivating an account, IntellectWave AI will send a notice to the registered email address, notifying you of the impending deactivation.
To retain your Tokens, you will need to reactivate your account before the 12-month inactivity period expires.

Account Reactivation:

If you wish to retain your Tokens, simply log into your account within the specified timeframe.
Reactivation will ensure your remaining Tokens remain available for use.

6. Modification of Token Policy

IntellectWave AI Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Token system at any time.

This includes, but is not limited to, changes in the Token policy, redemption rates, and the terms of promotional Tokens.

Scope of Changes
